On April 26, CHERUBY presents an artist talk by Shanliang. Entering from the cultural phenomena of ita the artist will be joined by researcher Jenny Jiaying Chen, and CHERUBY director Joni Zhu to discuss how the Japanese word ita (pain) emerged as a central thread in her practice.

Initiated by SansPeng and CHERUBY , this workshop explores re-make as both method and mindset—bringing ideas of reuse, structure, and circulation from exhibition space into everyday life.

At the closing of the Coro de Soles Menores, CHERUBY brings this latent motif into reality by inviting a local community choir to activate the space through a live performance.

On March 24, ahead of Art Basel Hong Kong, CHERUBY partnered with Current Plans, Lousy, and the Octone Foundation to co-host the Terrace Party at Current Plans in Wong Chuk Hang.

On March 21, CHERUBY presented an open studio by artist-in-residence Tanat Teeradakorn, inviting audiences into his Shanghai workspace where moving image, sound, and everyday traces intersect.

The Night of the Minor Sun: Volcanic Images and Mulled Wine, conceived as an extension of the research pathways and methodologies explored in the current exhibition Coro de Soles Menores (Chorus of the Minor Suns).
